Keith helps organizations review and align their learning and development, particularly around equity and inclusion, to foster learning, advance organizational goals, and create shared language to foster development beyond the training and development direct engagement. Keith is a trusted subject matter expert (SME) on equity, learning, and leadership, having worked with more than 300 organizations. He is the author of three books and his research and writing have received national awards. His TEDx Talk has been viewed around the world. Tyler Ransom is an associate professor of economics at the University of Oklahoma. He received his Ph.D. in economics from Duke University in 2015. His research interests include labor economics, economics of education, urban economics, and machine learning applications. He has published papers in leading journals such as the Journal of Labor Economics, the Journal of Human Resources, and the Journal of Econometrics. He is also an associate editor of the Annals of Economics and Statistics and a research affiliate of IZA and GLO. He has taught courses on econometrics, data science, and economics of education at both undergraduate and graduate levels. He has received several awards and fellowships for his research and teaching, such as the OU Dodge Family College of Arts & Sciences Irene Rothbaum Outstanding Assistant Professor Award in 2022. He is proficient in various coding languages such as Matlab, Stata, R, Julia, Bash, Git, and LaTeX. He also has advanced language skills in Japanese.

Dr Jo Boaler is a Professor of Mathematics Education at Stanford University, and the co-founder of youcubed. Her PhD won the national award for educational research in the UK and her book: Experiencing School Mathematics won the ‘Outstanding Book of the Year’ award for education in Britain. She is an elected fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (Great Britain), and a former president of the International Organization for Women and Mathematics Education (IOWME). She is the recipient of a National Science Foundation ‘Early Career Award’ and the NCSM Kay Gilliland Equity Award (2014). She is the author of nine books and numerous research articles. Her latest book is Mathematical Mindsets: Unleashing Students’ Potential through Creative Math, Inspiring Messages and Innovative Teaching (2016), and is published by Wiley. She serves as an advisor to several Silicon Valley companies.

Dr. Abiodun (Abbey) Alao holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town and is a dedicated researcher and teaching fellow with a strong academic background. Her passion for research is evident, and she currently serves as a research associate at the University of Johannesburg. Throughout her career, Abiodun has actively mentored and supervised projects spanning diverse fields such as Management Information Systems, Information and Communication Technology for Development, Sustainable ICT, Development Communication, Innovative Management, Health Informatics, Information Learning, and Work Integrated Learning (WIL). She has made significant contributions to academia through her publications, which include journals, chapters, and conference papers. Her approach is characterized by a multidisciplinary investigative perspective, with a focus on Information Communication Technology (ICT) as a catalyst for information and knowledge management. Her work addresses various social implications of ICT, and organization development with a particular emphasis on their impact on the well-being of individuals and society as a whole.

Sadia is a doctoral candidate majoring in Human Resource Development at the College of Education, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). Her doctoral research focuses on investigating virtual members’ experiences with sharing their work-related knowledge during project meetings. Her extensive background spans human resources and education leadership, enriching her academic journey with diverse perspectives and experiences. <br> In the academic sphere, Sadia co-authored and presented her research at the 𝘼𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙃𝙪𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 (𝘼𝙃𝙍𝘿) 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 in 2021, 2022, and 2023 (consecutively). Those peer-reviewed manuscripts cover diverse topics- analysis of the work-life balance concept, assessment of SWOT as OD intervention in a non-profit organization, and labor history analysis- the impact of the PATCO strike 1981. Beyond academia, Sadia has made significant contributions as a practitioner and researcher in educational leadership. Her roles have involved curriculum development, instructional design for pre-service teachers in online education, and conducting training sessions. Since 2020, Sadia has been an integral part of the founding team of IGlobal, an education research project led by Dr. Allison Witt. Recently, the team's efforts were recognized with the 2023 𝘽𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘼𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 (𝘼𝘼𝘾𝙏𝙀). Sadia has also co-authored book chapters on teaching global citizenship (2023) and Creating Boundary Spaces Through Virtual Global Engagement (2024, in press) Her academic achievements have been acknowledged by UIUC through various scholarships and grants, including the Fabac-Tomilson Scholarship, the BG Summer Fellowship, and the Conference Travel Grant.
