Sadia is a doctoral candidate majoring in Human Resource Development at the College of Education, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). Her doctoral research focuses on investigating virtual members’ experiences with sharing their work-related knowledge during project meetings. Her extensive background spans human resources and education leadership, enriching her academic journey with diverse perspectives and experiences. <br> In the academic sphere, Sadia co-authored and presented her research at the 𝘼𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙃𝙪𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙚 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 (𝘼𝙃𝙍𝘿) 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 in 2021, 2022, and 2023 (consecutively). Since 2020, Sadia has been an integral part of the founding team of IGlobal, an education research project led by Dr. Allison Witt.
