Nai-Chang Yeh is the Thomas W. Hogan Professor of Physics at California Institute of Technology. He earned his PhD in Physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1988, and his Bachelor of Science in Physics from National Taiwan University in 1983. Dr. Yeh’s research focuses on nanostructures and nanophysics. He has published over 300 journal articles, and his work has been recognized by numerous honors, including a Humboldt Research Award and a John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation Fellowship.
