I am a teaching assistant and a PsyD student at William James College, where I am passionate about leadership psychology and its applications to diverse and complex contexts. With a MS degree in I/O psychology from Purdue University Global, I have a solid foundation in psychometric assessments, psychological adjustment, and research methods. I have also completed multiple courses and projects on topics such as leadership, diversity, inclusion, and organizational development, and I am eager to apply my knowledge and insights to real-world challenges and opportunities. <br> In addition to my academic pursuits, I have a strong background in logistics coordination, thanks to my military experience in the US Army. I was responsible for coordinating personnel and equipment logistics on a global scale, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of critical resources and support. I have demonstrated my ability to work with diverse and cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and solve complex problems. Furthermore, I am certified in goal setting, confident speaking, and inclusive language, which enhance my professional communication and collaboration skills.
