Plant Pest Diagnostician / August, 2020 — January, 2023
Diagnosed plant pathogens, identified insect pests of plants, and identified weedy plants for stakeholders across Tennessee. Participated in the National Plant Diagnostic Network Database Committee. Mentored five undergraduate students as workers in the laboratory. Set up a molecular laboratory space. Did field visits for growers to give pest management recommendations. Provided recommendations for plant pest management to many levels of stakeholders and growers.
