I love teaching DEI content and best practices to others, from undergraduate students to CEOs, and working with organizations to infuse DEI into their daily operations to create a positive culture change. I am a nationally recognized DEI educator by the Society for the Psychology of Women (American Psychological Association Division 35) and have developed and presented content for numerous audiences. I am also an expert in behavioral research and people analytics, including utilizing data and research to inform solutions and problem-solving. I am skilled in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, interpretation, and communication. My background in data analytics and research allows for measurement of success for initiatives and provides directions and next steps for success. I received my Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron and my B.S. in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington. My goals are to empower others to make changes at work and in their personal lives.
