I am a full-time independent speaker, consultant, coach, and author. I help higher education, non-profit, and corporate clients realize their fullest potential. I lead workshops and retreats focused on leadership development, equity and justice, strategic planning, and curricular approaches to learning to foster developmentally sequenced and aligned experiential learning. I am a certified executive coach. My clients include college presidents, CEOs and non-profit leaders, and individual scholars and activists. I speak regularly on college campuses on sexual violence prevention. I am an unconventional scholar who continues his research agenda co-authoring one book, co-editing another, publishing empirical articles in peer reviewed journals, and currently writing a book on men's gender identity for a mainstream audience.
