About

Hi, I'm Ingrid. I'm a human centered researcher that approaches challenges with a keen anthropological eye and a qualitative toolkit. I employ research design that does justice to the complexity of human emotions, practices and contexts. My goal is to produce findings rooted in the human experience, resulting in data-informed recommendations for product strategy and design. My philosophy is to give dedicated attention to the human, so that opportunities for improved design and innovation can emerge. My expertise lies in research for diversity and inclusion, and global communities.
