I have a decade-long expertise in **next generation sequencing,** **molecular biology, genetics, cell biology** and bioinformatic analysis. I have expertise in designing, optimizing, improvising, and troubleshooting molecular biology experiments through my postdoc at Harvard, Carleton, and PhD from IISER. I have experience of **developing and optimizing new experiments** in next gen seq as I have designed new experiments to do the first silk moth wing ChIP seq, a cell-type specific RNA seq at Harvard and in situs for salamanders at a primarily fossil lab in Carleton University.
