Morgan graduated with a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Portland State University. She is dedicated to improving workplace experiences by fostering happy, healthy and productive employees through data-informed decision-making. She has experience conducting end-to-end people-centered research utilizing quantitative and qualitative approaches to derive meaningful insights for organizations.
