The Advancing Early Career Academics project, supported by the Department of Science and Innovation, is being implemented through USAf. Those prepared to serve as mentors for early career academics will be able to volunteer their services on an online mentorship resource platform that is nationally coordinated. I play a key role within the team as a researcher and business analyst in realising the project deliverables. My particular focus is a study on mentorship and the development of an online mentoring platform informed by the study, and to design concept and technical requirements for an online academic capacity development resource platform.

This role will assist the business in preparing new project requests, helping to convey the needs in the language most understandable to technology professionals. Ensuring delivery of information technology solutions that generate business value and confirms that the results are measured and communicated. This role is responsible for IT portfolio management, organisational change, and business relationship management. It is a new position within the institution.
