My name is Ali Aslan Gümüsay. I work within the fields of **Organization Theory**, **Entrepreneurship**, **Business Ethics** and **Leadership**, am Head of the Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Society Research Group at the Humboldt Institute for Internet & Society and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Hamburg.
