I am Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at University of Surrey in the UK. My research is focused on identity and its impact on wellbeing in people’s working lives; impact of multiple social identities on well-being and performance; social identity dynamics in leadership; role of identity in knowledge sharing behaviour; and evidence-based management. My wide variety of experience derived not only from academia but also from industry: voluntary work with non-governmental organisations in Africa and Europe, head of sales and marketing in Asia, business consultant in the UK and project lead in establishing University partnership between University of Surrey and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, China. I am currently leading and researching a number of impactful and exciting projects, such as religious identity and working for the NHS, identity conflict and complementarity in a wide range of organisations (banking, law, education, business, and healthcare) and leadership in church organisations in the UK and the USA.

I'm an Assistant Professor of Geography in the Department of Geography and Spatial Sciences at the University of Delaware, and faculty in the Minerals, Materials, and Society Program. My recently released book, "Rare Earth Frontiers: From Terrestrial Subsoils to Lunar Landscapes" with Cornell University Press, is based on five years' research in the capitals and borderlands of China, Brazil, and the USA. It recently received the Meridian Book Award from the American Association of Geographers for its "unusually important contribution to the art and science of geography." Christos A. Makridis holds academic appointments at Columbia Business School, Stanford University, Baylor University, University of Nicosia, and Arizona State University. He is also an adjunct scholar at the Manhattan Institute, senior adviser at Gallup, and senior adviser at the National AI Institute in the Department of Veterans Affairs. Christos is the CEO/co-founder of [Dainamic](https://www.dainamic.ai/), a technology startup working to democratize the use and application of data science and AI techniques for small and mid sized organizations, and CTO/co-founder of [Living Opera](https://www.livingopera.org/), a web3 startup working to bridge classical music and blockchain technologies. Christos previously served on the White House Council of Economic Advisers managing the cybersecurity, technology, and space activities, as a Non-resident Fellow at the Cyber Security Project in the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, as a Digital Fellow at the Initiative at the Digital Economy in the MIT Sloan School of Management, a a Non-resident Research Scientist at Datacamp, and as a Visiting Fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. Christos’ primary academic research focuses on labor economics, the digital economy, and personal finance and well-being. He has published over 70 peer-reviewed research papers in academic journals and over 170 news articles in the press. Christos earned a Bachelor’s in Economics and Minor in Mathematics at Arizona State University, as well a dual Masters and PhDs in Economics and Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University.

Dr Jo Boaler is a Professor of Mathematics Education at Stanford University, and the co-founder of youcubed. Her PhD won the national award for educational research in the UK and her book: Experiencing School Mathematics won the ‘Outstanding Book of the Year’ award for education in Britain. She is an elected fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (Great Britain), and a former president of the International Organization for Women and Mathematics Education (IOWME). She is the recipient of a National Science Foundation ‘Early Career Award’ and the NCSM Kay Gilliland Equity Award (2014). She is the author of nine books and numerous research articles. Her latest book is Mathematical Mindsets: Unleashing Students’ Potential through Creative Math, Inspiring Messages and Innovative Teaching (2016), and is published by Wiley. She serves as an advisor to several Silicon Valley companies.

Jim Samuel is an Associate Professor of Practice and Executive Director of the Informatics Program at the Bloustein School. He is an information and artificial intelligence (AI) scientist, with significant industry experience in finance, technology, entrepreneurship and data analytics. Dr. Samuel’s primary research covers human intelligence and artificial intelligences interaction and information philosophy.  Dr. Samuel’s applied research focuses on the optimal use of big data and smart data driven AI applications, textual analytics, natural language processing and artificially intelligent public opinion informatics. His expertise extends to socioeconomic implications of AI, applied machine learning, social media analytics, AI education and AI bias. Dr. Samuel completed his Ph.D. from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College – City University of New York, and he also has M.Arch and M.B.A (International Finance) degrees.  Dr. Samuel has worked with large multinational financial services corporations, and advises businesses and organizations on data analytics and AI driven value creation strategies. Adrienne Lucas is a professor of economics in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware, a research associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), a faculty affiliate of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), non-resident fellow at the Center for Global Development (CGD) and a research network member of Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA). She is a development economist specializing in the economics of education and disease. Her current research focuses on the importance of information in school choice decisions, using existing school system personnel and resources to increase student learning, and external validity across contexts. Lucas has published research on malaria, free primary education, HIV/AIDS, secondary school choice, the return to school quality, teacher incentives and improving early primary school literacy. Prior to joining the University of Delaware, she was an assistant professor of economics at Wellesley College. She received her Ph.D. and A.M. in economics from Brown University and her B.A. in economics from Wesleyan University. Tensie Whelan is the Director of the NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business, where she is bringing her 25 years of experience working on local, national and international sustainability issues to engage businesses in proactive and innovative mainstreaming of sustainability. Tensie has been recognized by Ethisphere as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics and was a Citi Fellow in Leadership and Ethics at NYU Stern. Her research interests include ESG investing and sustainable business.

Martin Dietrich Brauch is a Lead Researcher at CCSI. He leads economic and legal research, training, and advisory work, with a focus on legal and policy frameworks and practices for sustainable investment to achieve climate change mitigation and adaptation goals—including through decarbonization and a just transition to net-zero emission energy systems and economies—along with other SDGs.

Ryan’s primary research focuses on the ethical issues surrounding artificial intelligence and digital technology. He has published numerous papers on the topic, and has presented his work at various international conferences. He is also a member of the Association for Computing Machinery’s (ACM) Committee on Professional Ethics (COPE). Mark was previously a researcher at KTH University (Stockholm), the University of Twente (the Netherlands), and the National University of Ireland, Galway (Ireland). While at Twente, he worked on an interdisciplinary  project (SHERPA), involving 11 partners from 6 European countries. This project was a European Union Horizon 2020 project (2018-2021, budget €3 million) and focused on the ethical, social and human rights implications of smart information systems (data analytics and artificial intelligence) within a European context. He has published on topics, such as the ethics of smart cities, self-driving vehicles, agricultural data analytics, social robotics, and AI. In his previous research, he has also published a 2016 monograph: Human Values, Environmental Ethics and Sustainability.

Professor Lyubomirsky’s research interests include well-being, happiness, self-regulation, and talents. She is widely published, with well over 100 articles and chapters and four books, The How of Happiness (Penguin, 2007), The Myths of Happiness (Penguin, 2013), The How of Happiness Workbook (Penguin, 2008), and Designing Your Life (Avery, 2016). Professor Lyubomirsky has received numerous awards for her work, including the American Psychological Association’s Positive Psychology Prize (2015), the American Psychological Association’s Distinguished Scientific Contribution Award (2009), and a Guggenheim Fellowship (2008-2009). She is a Fellow of the Association for Psychological Science and the American Psychological Association.

Ariel D. Kalil is the Daniel Levin Professor of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago. She is a faculty research fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research and a research associate at the Population Studies Center at the University of Michigan. She is also a faculty member in the Harris School of Public Policy Studies and in the College at the University of Chicago. Kalil's research lies at the intersection of child development and public policy. She is particularly interested in the effect of early childhood interventions on health and economic outcomes in adulthood. Her work has been published in leading social science journals, including the American Economic Review, the Quarterly Journal of Economics, and the Journal of Political Economy. Kalil earned her PhD in Developmental Psychology from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor in 1996, her MA in Social Psychology from the University of Colorado System in 1993, and her BA in Psychology and French Literature from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1991.

Elizabeth Groff is a professor of Geography and Criminology at Temple University. She holds a PhD in Geography from the University of Maryland, College Park (2006), and MA degrees in both Geography from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1994) and Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland, College Park (2005). Her expertise combines detailed analysis of physical landscapes, geographical research, geographic information systems analysis, and popular culture. Her research interests include urban security and crime mapping, the social and economic aspects of urban development, the socio-political dynamics of aging and changing metropolitan regions, and the intersections of race, gender, and place. She has published numerous articles and has presented at various conferences throughout the country.

Luke Connelly is Professor of Health Economics at the Centre for the Business and Economics of Health. He also holds a Professorial appointment (part-time) at The University of Bologna, to which he was appointed in 2017 via the Italian “Direct Call” ([link](https://www.unibo.it/sitoweb/luke.connelly/en)) process. In 2019 he was appointed as Honorary Professor at The University of Sydney. His main interests are in health economics and insurance economics and the effects of institutions (including legal constructs) on incentives and behaviour. He has also worked in other fields of applied microeconomics, including education economics and transport economics. Luke has served on a number of public committees including the Medical Services Advisory Committee (MSAC), which advises the Australian Minister for Health on the safety, efficacy, effectiveness, and cost-effectiveness of new and extant listings on Australia's Medicare Benefits Schedule. He has extensive service on other public committees and taskforces as well as extensive teaching and consulting engagements with industry. Over his career he has been a chief investigator on research grants and contracts totalling more than $67m. He is a member of the Editorial Boards of European Journal of Health Economics and the International Journal on Environmental Research and Public Health. He is a member of the International Health Economics Association's Arrow Awards Committee, which awards an annual prize in honour of Nobel Laureate Kenneth Arrow for the best paper in the field. He is currently Guest Editor (with Christophe Courbage) on a Special Issue of the Geneva Papers on Risk and Insurance on Insurance and Emerging Health Risks. His current research interests include health service innovations to improve the health of people with chronic kidney disease(CKD). Ongoing interests include the economics of disability and insurance, compensable injury compensation schemes, and the determinants of health. Luke enjoys and has considerable experience teaching economics and health economics at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. In 2014 he was awarded the School of Economics Distinguished Teaching Award for his teaching on UQ's Master of Health Economics Program. In July 2016 and July 2019 he also taught summer schools in Health Economics and the Economics of Insurance at The University of Lucerne, Switzerland. Over the past 10 years he has been a chief investigator on grants totalling more than $70m.

Dr. C. Malik Boykin is currently an Assistant Professor at Brown University, where he teaches courses in social psychology. He is the P.I. of the RISE (Racial Identity in Social Environments) Lab at Brown University where his students spans topics from behavioral genetics, to algorithmic bias, to bias reduction in medicine.

Dr. Athul Prasad received his MBA from MIT where he was a Sloan Fellow, M.Sc. (Tech.) (with distinction) and D.Sc. (Tech) from Aalto University, B.Tech (with distinction) from University of Kerala, and is also a graduate of the year-long executive management (LEAD) program from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. He was with Nokia from 2014-2023 and is currently with Samsung based out of Mountain View, CA. He has coauthored over 40 peer reviewed scientific publications and has written a book on 5G "End-to-End Mobile Communications: Evolution to 5G," McGraw-Hill, Aug. 2020. He's also the co-inventor of over 90 patents.

Dr. Abiodun (Abbey) Alao holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town and is a dedicated researcher and teaching fellow with a strong academic background. Her passion for research is evident, and she currently serves as a research associate at the University of Johannesburg. Throughout her career, Abiodun has actively mentored and supervised projects spanning diverse fields such as Management Information Systems, Information and Communication Technology for Development, Sustainable ICT, Development Communication, Innovative Management, Health Informatics, Information Learning, and Work Integrated Learning (WIL). She has made significant contributions to academia through her publications, which include journals, chapters, and conference papers. Her approach is characterized by a multidisciplinary investigative perspective, with a focus on Information Communication Technology (ICT) as a catalyst for information and knowledge management. Her work addresses various social implications of ICT, and organization development with a particular emphasis on their impact on the well-being of individuals and society as a whole.

I am an Associate Professor of economics at Denison and President of the Global Institute for Sustainable Prosperity. Before settling at Denison in 2008, I taught at Simon’s Rock College of Bard (MA) and at Drew University (NJ) where I also directed the Wall Street Semester Program (NY). I have also held research affiliations with the Levy Economics Institute (NY), the Economic Research Forum (Egypt), the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University (MA), and the Center for Full Employment and Price Stability (MO).

Dr. Antoniou is an Associate Professor at the University of Central Lancashire. She received her PhD in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus in 2010. Kathleen Gerson is a leading figure in the field of family sociology and social change. She has been a Collegiate Professor at New York University since 2007. She is the author of over a dozen books, most recently The Unfinished Revolution: How a New Generation Is Reshaping Family, Work, and Gender in America (2010), which has been translated into eight languages. Her research has been supported by the National Science Foundation, the Ford Foundation, and the Russell Sage Foundation.

Emily Owens is an economist and professor at the University of California, Irvine. She earned her PhD in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2007, and her MA in Economics from the university in 2005. She holds a BS in Applied Math and Economics from Brown University, which she obtained in 2002. At UC Irvine, Emily is a professor in the Department of Criminology, Law, and Society as well as the Department of Economics. She is an expert in the fields of public policy, urban economics, and law and economics. She has also conducted research on topics such as the effects of increased policing on crime and the impact of school vouchers on educational outcomes. She has published articles in academic journals such as the Journal of Urban Economics and the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management.

Dr. Kim's program of research aims to identify, understand, and intervene upon the dimensions of psychological well-being (sense of purpose in life, optimism) that reduce the risk of age-related conditions. <br> Around this topic, he has given invited lectures at Universities (Harvard, U. of Penn, MIT, Columbia U.), corporations (UnitedHealth Care, IDEO, AARP, Samsung), and he’s also been invited to speak at and join the working groups of national- and international-think-tanks (United Nations, OECD, Aspen Ideas Festival, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, The Task Force for Global Health, World Government Summit, National Academy of Sciences). He’s also been recognized as one of Forbe’s 30 Under 30 in Healthcare, recipient of the American Journal of Epidemiology's Paper of the Year Award, the American Psychological Association Division 20 (Aging) Early Career Achievement Award, and an Association for Psychological Science (APS) Rising Star. His insights have been featured in the: NY Times, Atlantic, BBC News, NPR, Washington Post. His research has been cited by policy statements/guidelines formulated by the: United Nations, National Academy of Sciences, American Heart Association, the U.S. Surgeon General. Population aging is one of the most important social trends of the 21st century. In both Canada and the U.S., the # of adults aged ≥65 is projected to increase by 45%-55% in the next 15 years. As societies grapple with the rising tide of chronic conditions, healthcare costs, and long-term care costs, it is imperative to develop a science that informs a more comprehensive approach to healthy aging. Dr. Kim’s overarching goal is to substantially help improve the psychological well-being and physical health of our rapidly growing population. In pursuit of this goal, his program of research revolves around 4 interwoven questions. He studies: 1) Several dimensions of psychological well-being (sense of purpose in life, optimism) and how they relate to health outcomes. 2) The behavioral, biological, and neural mechanisms underlying the association between psychological well-being and health. 3) How an individual’s psychological well-being interacts with the surrounding environment to influence behavioral and physical health outcomes; for example, at the meso-level (dyadic dynamics in couples, neighborhood contexts, altruism/volunteering) and the macro-level (social cohesion, social and racial disparities). 4) And he partners with non-profit/healthcare companies to conduct translational research that test scalable interventions.

Professor Ramirez is a native of Chile and a naturalized U.S. citizen since 1990. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1984 and has been at Trinity College since 1985. He has held visiting positions at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana (Summer 1991 and 1992), Haverford College (Spring 1992), Vanderbilt University (Spring 1999), and Yale University (Spring 2006). His teaching interests are primarily in the areas of Latin American economic development and international finance and open economy macroeconomics. At the College he usually offers Latin American economic development and Structural Reform in Latin America during the fall term, while international finance and open economy macroeconomics is taught during the spring term. He also teaches a course in Time-Series Analysis every other spring term, with particular emphasis on unit root and cointegration analysis, error correction modeling, and forecasting. Insofar as his research is concerned, it is primarily dedicated to analyzing the challenges and opportunities that Latin American nations face as they attempt to stabilize and reform their economies in an increasingly globalized world. In particular, his work has reviewed and analyzed the impact of IMF-sponsored adjustment and stabilization measures in Argentina, Chile, and Mexico, as well as the mixed success of structural reform programs such as privatization of state-owned firms, deregulation of economic activity, and liberalization of trade and finance. His research has also focused on the economic and institutional determinants of foreign direct investment in Argentina, Chile, and Mexico, as well as the impact of these flows on private capital formation and labor productivity growth in Latin America. Another important focus of his work in recent years has been the growing role of remittance flows in financing private investment spending and boosting economic growth in countries such as Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Jamaica, and Mexico. Finally, he has published work in the history of economic thought relating to Marx's important analysis of wages and cyclical crises, his theory of absolute and differential ground rent, his analysis of the falling rate of profit, Marx's controversial writings on the so-called Asiatic mode of production, and his conception of capital as a social process.

Dr. Robert Gitter is an economist with over 45 years of experience. He has taught at Ohio Wesleyan University for over 45 years. He continues to teach Labor Economics and working on research. His publications include work on immigration, worker turnover, and studies for various nonprofits and local and state governments as well as nonprofits.

Hanna Breetz is a political scientist who studies the political economy of alternative energy, focusing on biofuels and synthetic fuels. Her research investigates both the drivers of alternative energy policy - including the role of interest groups, decision-making institutions, and information about science and technology - as well as the impact of energy policy on innovation and technological change.

Dr. Peter Reich, a renowned expert in forest ecology and climate change science, is the Director of the Institute for Global Change Biology (IGCB) at the University of Michigan. Reich, who has conducted global change research on plants, soils, and ecosystems across a range of scales, will maintain a joint affiliation at the University of Minnesota, where he is a Regents Professor. Previously, Reich was the Chief Scientist at the Hawkesbury Institute for the Environment at Western Sydney University in Australia from 2011 to 2021. He is a member of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, a fellow of the Ecological Society of America, and a BBVA Prize Laureate (BBVA Foundation Frontiers of Knowledge Award in Ecology and Conservation Biology). He also helped launch the science education channel, MinuteEarth, which has more than 400 million views on YouTube and other platforms. According to Research.com, Reich is the #1 scientist in the world in the field of ecology and evolution.

Dr. Kleio Koutra is an Associate Professor of Social Work and specializes in Public Health. She serves as Vice Academic Coordinator of the International Relations Office of the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU), Director of the Social Applied Research and Social Work lab, and a member of the MiStory International group. She has a degree in Social Work, an MPH in Public, and a Ph.D. in Social Medicine from the Department of Medicine, University of Crete. She has worked on more than 15 funded EU projects on children protection,  immigrant health, professionals’ social work skills and competencies. Dr Koutra teaches at the undergraduate program of Social Work, Community Development, Social planning and Needs Assessment, Resilience and Global transformation, and at the graduate level Gender, Health and Social Work. Her main research interests are public health and health promotion, social capital, gender-based violence, and trauma recovery, NSSI and post-traumatic stress. Professor Sinead McGilloway is Professor of Family and Community Mental Health and Founder Director of the *Centre for Mental Health and Community Research* in the Maynooth University Dept of Psychology and Social Sciences Institute ([www.cmhcr.eu](http://www.cmhcr.eu/)). She is a Chartered Psychologist and Chartered Scientist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and an Associate Fellow of the BPS. She has extensive experience in undertaking engaged policy- and practice-relevant research with a focus on child and adult mental health and well-being (incl. vulnerable/ marginalised groups), early intervention/prevention and service evaluation. She has won significant research funding to date, is widely published and has won a number of awards, including the Lionel Hersov Memorial (Team) Award by the (UK) Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (2022), an Irish Research Council Research Ally prize (2022) and Maynooth University Faculty of Social Sciences Research Achievement Award 2021.

Hendrik Wolff is Professor of Environmental Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). * Hendrik's main research is in environmental economics, working at the intersection of transportation, air pollution, energy and health. This includes the economic causes and consequences of air pollution; the ”value of time;” the impact of energy conservation policies on electricity consumption; cost benefit analysis of the clean air act and its effects on health; the interactions between climate, local prices, wages and “quality of life; and the economics of Daylight Saving Time. He also developed new econometric estimators for large supply and demand systems that are used in agriculture and energy. He has conducted research projects in Ecuador, Germany, Mexico, Australia, Bangladesh, Ghana, England, Chile and the United States. Hendrik is a Faculty Affiliate of the UW Center for Studies in Demography and Ecology, an IZA Research Fellow, and a CESIfo Research Network Affiliate. He was a visiting professor at Resources for the Future, as well as at LMU Munich, University of Cologne and at IZA, Bonn. * Hendrik’s work has impact on both academia and policy.
